What a cool project! Have you heard from the president yet? Probably not as I am sure you would have shared this with us! Haha!
ReplyDeleteI am thinking about how you might be able expand this project eventually, to embrace a larger crowd of money finders -- just the other day I found $20 in the grocery store. Maybe you could have people collect money, mark the finding place, date, ammount on an online map and then donates...I'd get involved -- I love tracking things! I don't know -- the idea is super cool on it's own, and doesn't need to be expanded, but I guess I am suggesting it for the selfish reason that I want to somehow be involved.
My husband is always leaving change in his pockets. I have a piggy bank on the top of the washer. If I find money in his pockets, I put it in the bank -- when it gets full, I am donating it to charity. I told him if he doesn't care enough about it to keep track of it, he doesn't care enough to keep it!
